How do I get started?
Once you have registered on the site or bought one of the packages you will be asked to create an account. Once your account has been created you will be able to login with the username and password you have chosen. You will then be able to access your user area where you will be able to access all your resources. There are several ‘how to videos’ which will demonstrate how you use the system.
Is there any support on how to use the system?
Yes, once you have signed up we will send you your login details and there are some ‘how to videos’ explaining how to navigate around your user area. If you do have any problems, then please pick up the phone and give us a call.
How does the monthly/annual subscription work?
Dependent on whether you choose the monthly or annual subscription we will debit the monthly or annual fee every month or once a year. The minimum term for the subscription is 12 months and is a continuous rolling agreement.
Can I upgrade my package?
Yes, you can upgrade your package at any point by getting in touch with a member of the team on 01889 580285 or you can follow the instructions in your user area.
I chose the Premium or Premium Plus Access. How long do I have to wait for the free physical resources?
Good choice! If you decide to go for the Premium or Premium Plus Access, we will get the physical resources shipped to you within 14 days.
What happens if I want to cancel my subscription?
If you do cancel your subscription, we will be sorry to see you go and would appreciate any feedback you have. If you do decide to leave us, please give us 30 days notice.
Do I need any additional CDP?
No, you do not need any additional CPD to be able to deliver the lessons. However, we do offer training if you require it. Click here to find out more about our training
